  • "The only solution that truly meets my needs"

I've been using Stem-Notes for organic chemistry studies since its inception. After countless hours searching for a platform where I could take comprehensive notes for OCHEM subject, I'm happy to say Stem-Notes is the only solution that truly meets my needs. What sets it apart is its deep understanding of how STEM students actually work. Drawing chemical structures, mechanisms, and reactions isn't an afterthought - it's built into the core experience. The seamless integration of molecular visualization tools like Moldraw and SmilesDrawer, combined with LaTeX support for equations and proper scientific notation, means I can finally keep all my organic chemistry notes in one place without constantly switching between tools or compromising on quality. For anyone serious about STEM education - whether you're a student tackling complex coursework or a professional working in the field - Stem-Notes fills a gap that mainstream note-taking apps simply ignore.

  • "Working with chemical structures is smooth"

I've been using Stem-notes for a while and will say that the biggest difference is how naturally it handles technical content. You can have either a separate LaTex document, or you may have a note with formulas and reactions and they stay clean and readable even in complex documents. It supports SMILES notation and includes a built-in 3D molecule drawer, which makes working with chemical structures surprisingly smooth. Code blocks feel just as well integrated, so everything — from math to molecules — fits into one consistent workflow

  • "Integrated whiteboard collaboration"

What stands out is the ability to initiate calls and work through ideas on an integrated whiteboard. Being able to sketch diagrams, annotate in real time, and guide others through a problem step by step makes it genuinely effective for both lectures and collaboration. I appreciate being able to share course materials with students easily

  • "AI for interpreting technical content"

What’s particularly useful is integrated AI and its ability to interpret technical content—whether that’s equations, code, or scientific notation—and respond in a way that stays contextually accurate. It also supports quick explanations and clarifications, which makes it a practical assistant during both study sessions and live collaboration, without getting in the way of the core workflow.
